⚠ Important disclaimer: atredactur is an educational platform. Nothing in this application constitutes investment advice, a trading recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. All trading carries risk of loss. Every decision you make based on content from atredactur is your sole responsibility.

1. What atredactur Is

atredactur is a self-paced educational platform for learning ICT (Inner Circle Trader) and Smart Money Concepts methodology. The Service provides:

A simulated chart environment for practicing concept recognition (no real trading)
A personal trade journal for self-review
Educational quizzes and guided learning material
AI-powered chart analysis for educational feedback

2. What atredactur Is NOT

We are not a broker, dealer, or investment advisor.
We do not execute trades or hold client funds.
The AI chart analysis is an educational tool — not a trading signal.
Simulated chart prices are synthetic. Real markets behave differently.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 17 years old to use atredactur.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
One person per account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings menu.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.
Upload content that violates intellectual property rights.
Use the platform to send spam or harass other users.
Circumvent access controls, including any Pro-only features.

5. Paid Features (Pro Tier)

Certain features (Live Simulator, Practice Chart, Analytics, AI Chart Analysis) may require a paid subscription. If you upgrade:

Billing is handled by our payment processor.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds follow the policy of the app store you purchased through.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content in atredactur — including UI, educational text, quiz questions, diagrams, logos, and branding — is owned by atredactur and protected by copyright. You may not redistribute this content. You retain full ownership of the trades and notes you enter into your own journal.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EDUCATIONAL CONTENT WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC TRADING RESULTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, atredactur IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
